Difficulty levels
If you wanted the ghost, open the Nightmare type page. This page is the multiplier. Easy is 1x, medium 1.25x, hard 1.5x, Nightmare 2x. Custom runs from 0 to 4.07x. The guide glossary calls 4.07 the old 3.99, also nicknamed 4x. They are not two caps at once.

Presets
Nightmare the difficulty has no setup time and no grace, the ghost room moves, prints last 60 seconds, wither is slower, there is no cursed object, energy drinks restore less, and the energy monitor breaks.
