Rules that actually change a read
Skins are cosmetic and only you see them. Siren and Keres are always female models. Dullahan is always a male model, and photos of that type have no head. The Mouthpiece skin called Dullahan is not the Dullahan type.
The Fandom V1.13.0 update-log research snapshot names two added skins: Dracula on Mouthpiece and Frankenstein on Marrow. These additions remain a single-source record; that snapshot is not a fresh confirmation of their current availability or unlock conditions.

Does the model pick the ghost?
No. Evidence picks the type. The model is the body.
Can teammates see my skin?
The skins page says other players do not see it.
