Leech is a ghost model
Leech is one of eight looks. Any type can use a model unless a type rule forces male or female. The look does not set evidence.

Look, skins, and the limit
Black waist, white sleeves, black veil, cross necklace, no legs, and a leech mouth with fangs. Skins: Witch from the poster, Barista from the ghost sticker sheet, and Ghost of Christmas from the 2025 Christmas pack. The floating stance is the rig. It does not mean the ghost is a Wraith. Female-only types can use this body. Do not treat the cross on the veil as the handheld cross item.
What stays on the type pages
Siren and Keres are always female models. Dullahan is always male, and photos of that type have no head. Those rules live on the type pages. This page does not link a model to one type.
